Welcome to the first issue of Inside the Estates, our newsletter from Schliesmann Estates. There's no set schedule. We reach out when there's a special offer, a calendar opening worth knowing about, or something fun happening at the lodge. Short, useful, no fluff.

Summer 2026 is live

The summer season at Nick Lake Lodge is officially open for booking. Long days on the water, quiet mornings on the deck, and everything Birchwood does best. Summer weeks go fast, so if you have dates in mind, check availability sooner rather than later.

Make it more than a stay

A stay at the lodge is the start. Here's what our guests are adding this season:

• Private chef experience. A restaurant-quality dinner at the lodge, no reservations and no driving.
• UTV adventure. Trail riding through the Northwoods, machines and routes handled for you.
• Golf packages. Tee times at the area's best courses, arranged before you arrive.
• Family photography. A session at the lake so somebody besides your phone captures the week.
• Grocery stock. Walk into a stocked kitchen instead of a grocery store on day one.

Thanks for being one of the first names on this list. If you've stayed with us before, you know what the lake does for a family week. If you haven't yet, we'd love to change that this summer.
