No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 25 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry Period

The entry period opens when the giveaway post goes live on Instagram and closes Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries received after the close of the entry period will not be included in the drawing.

How to Enter

  1. Follow @obieandsteph, @ovjphotography, and @schliesmannestates on Instagram.
  2. Like the giveaway post.
  3. Tag 2 friends in the comments on the giveaway post.
  4. Complete the entry form at schliesmannestates.com/giveaway, including your Instagram handle. The completed form is your official entry.

Bonus entries: sharing the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tagging @obieandsteph, @ovjphotography, and @schliesmannestates earns 5 bonus entries. Tag all three accounts so the Sponsor receives the story mention; bonus entries are credited only when the Sponsor can confirm the share. Limit one form entry per person and per email address.

A valid Instagram handle is required. The Sponsor uses it to confirm the follow, tag, and story steps. Entries with a missing, inaccurate, or private handle that cannot be verified may be disqualified.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw from completed form entries on or about August 20, 2026, and will be notified by email. The winner must respond within 48 hours and must have completed the follow, like, and tag steps above. If the Sponsor cannot verify those steps against the Instagram handle submitted with the entry, or if bonus entries were claimed but the story share cannot be confirmed, that entry is void and an alternate winner will be drawn. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize

One winner will receive a free 3-night stay at Nick Lake Lodge in Birchwood, Wisconsin for up to 12 guests, including complimentary pre-arrival grocery stocking, early check-in, and up to 2 pets staying free. Approximate retail value: $4,500.

The stay must be booked with a Monday through Wednesday check-in between August 25 and October 7, 2026, with all stays ending by October 11, 2026, subject to availability from the Sponsor's open dates. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. No substitution except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and for travel to and from the property.

By entering, entrants agree to these official rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. Completing the entry form signs you up for the Schliesmann Estates newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time.
