5-course on-site dinners:
Beginning in May 2026, guests can enjoy exclusive on-site 5-course dinners at the newly built Nick Lake Lodge Coach House. Steps away from the lodge, this four-season gathering space features a large dining area, lounge seating, a recessed hot tub, and panoramic lake views. It is an ideal setting for family dinners and special occasions. These dinners are included with the Culinary All-Inclusive Package and may also be added to Adventure stays.Private chef meal prep:
Our chef-curated meal-prep menu offers fully cooked, portioned, and labeled dishes staged in the fridge prior to arrival. Follow simple reheating instructions for five-star meals with minimal cleanup. Meal prep is included with the Culinary All-Inclusive Package and may also be added to Adventure Package stays.With either package, guests can enjoy daily chef-grade meals with little to no work throughout their stay.

UTVs & Snowmobiles Provided
2026 Polaris UTVs and snowmobiles are included through our all-inclusive packages. The machines are delivered directly to the cabin on the day guests choose, fully cleaned, fueled, and inspected for a seamless ride-ready experience.
Each stay features a turnkey setup with curated trail access and flexible upgrade options, allowing guests to experience the Northwoods with maximum freedom and minimal logistics.

Delivered machines:
As apart of our Adventure All-Inclusive Package, summer and fall stays include one Polaris Northstar, a premuim six-seat UTV, delivered directly to Nick Lake Lodge. Each unit arrives fueled, cleaned, inspected, and ready to ride. No pick-up appointments or hauling required.For winter stays, the Adventure All-Inclusive Package includes your choice of one Polaris Northstar six-seat UTV (heated & enclosed), or (2) two-person snowmobiles, allowing guests to tailor their winter experience.
Additional machines may be selected as optional add-ons during the booking process, subject to availability. After your stay, the machine is retrieved and fuel refills are handled for you.
Pre-mapped trail routes:
Birchwood is home to some of Wisconsin’s largest and most scenic UTV and snowmobile trail systems. To make exploring effortless, we provide pre-mapped routes highlighting our favorite restaurants, bars, scenic overlooks, and local stops. Routes are curated by season and aligned with the equipment selected in your package.Enjoy full days of adventure without the logistical headaches. A seamless way to experience the Northwoods together.

Guided Fishing Experiences
Designed to make fishing simple and enjoyable with our trusted local guide, Travis. In the winter, guests enjoy a fully staged ice fishing experience. In the summer, we offer guided open-water fishing on Nick Lake or nearby lakes.
Each option is designed to remove the planning and logistics so guests can focus on enjoying time on the water.

Seasonal Curated Experiences:
Fishing experiences are included through our Adventure All-Inclusive package during the summer and winter seasons, with the option to add them to our Culinary All-Inclusive Package as well.In winter, guests enjoy a premium ice fishing experience with a fully staged, heated eight-person ice fishing tent set up on Nick Lake. The setup includes comfortable seating, pre-drilled holes, and baited fishing poles for a turnkey ice fishing experience suitable for groups.
In summer, guests may choose a guided open-water fishing experience led by our local professional guide. Outings are tailored to fish preferences and may take place on Nick Lake or nearby lakes, depending on conditions and desired species.
Fishing experiences are not offered during the fall season.

Opening in May 2026, the Nick Lake Lodge Coach House is a newly built 4-season lakeside gathering space exclusively for Schliesmann Estates guests.
It features a large dining area, comfortable lounge seating, panoramic lake views, and a recessed hot tub just steps away from the lodge.
Squeaky Clean Guarantee
We hold ourselves to a high standard of cleanliness and staging. If the cabin is not spotless and prepared to your satisfaction, we will refund your cleaning fee.
Just share photos with us, so our team can continue to improve.

Enjoy full use of our seasonal amenities, such as (2) 14’ fishing boats, kayaks, canoes, yard games, outdoor seating areas, a lakeside fire pit, and more.
Guests also have direct access to Nick Lake for (ice) fishing, paddling, and swimming. Please note that the lake has no public boat landing, ensuring a quieter and more private experience.
